1:1 Shopping
This is a new feature that allows customers to schedule 1:1 live sessions through the website. User can use this feature to provide more personalized guided shopping, product education and consulting, and much more.

Klaviyo Integration
This is a new integration with the email service provider Klaviyo. This will allow email templates built in Klaviyo using their classic email editor to be used directly within the Social Chat platform. Additionally Klaviyo lists will be selectable within Social Chat. Currently this integration supports the following template variable:
- {{ first_name }}
- {{ company_logo }}
- {{ event_name }}
- {{ event_time }}
- {{ event_image }}
- {{ event_url }}

Shoppable Videos
This is a new feature that allows users to upload pre-recorded videos to function similar to live events. This means these videos are shoppable, track same analytics, and have the same options as live events such as link sharing, coupon creation, and product(s) selection.
