To use 1:1 Shopping, you must link your calendar first. This allows customers to book private shoppable appointments directly on your calendar. Social Chat supports Apple, Google, and Microsoft calendars.
How to Link a Calendar
1. In the left sidebar, navigate to Events > One-to-One Shopping.
2. Click Manage Calendar > Link Calendar.
3. Choose a calendar type (Apple, Google, Microsoft).
4. Follow the prompts to link your respective Apple, Google, or Microsoft account.
5. Set your time zone and block off your availability.
6. Save your availability. Once saved, a green bar will show 'Abilities have been updated' but the box will not close. Close the box to move onto the next step of creating your One-to-One event.
Note: To prevent double bookings, customers will not be shown any times already blocked off in the host's calendar.
