      How to Add Products During One-to-One Shopping

      In this article we'll explain how to add, show, and hide products during your live one-to-one session.

       

      Note: To add products during a one-to-one session, products must be synced to the Social Chat platform. Learn how to sync products to Social Chat here.

      How to Add Products

      1. During a live one-to-one session, click on Add a product in the upper left hand corner of the video interface. OnetoOne Product Toggle-3

      3. Your selected product should now be visible on the interface. OnetoOne Product Toggle (1)

      How to Make Products Visible to Customers

      1. To make products visible to customers, toggle on the Visible slider located on the product card. 


      How to Hide Products from Customers

      1. To hide products from customers, toggle off the Visible slider located on the product card.
